I audited 80+ screens, worked with the findings, and framed the problems. 46% of all account manager requests turned out to be tasks with no self-service path.

Users didn't understand how their own credit card worked and paid interest because of it.
Over 18 months I rebuilt three interconnected flows: onboarding, debt management, and payment scheduling.
